Our client in Lititz, PA is looking for motivated and experienced customer service representatives for a first shift, customer-focused opportunity!


The Customer Service Representative is responsible for establishing and maintaining profitable relationships with customers on behalf of the company by taking personal and complete responsibility for each customer contact and by ensuring that all customer requirements are completely met.

  • Must be able to do some travel
  • Service oriented, actively looking for ways to help people
  • Meet quality and productivity and behavior expectations


  • Must have a High School Diploma or GED
  • Must be flexible to work varied shifts ranging anywhere from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday through Friday.
  • Possess excellent listening skills/ability to analyze for resolution, and be solution oriented
  • Must possess above average verbal and written communication skills, proven soft skill abilities/proficiency, a strong attention to detail, and an interest in preventing errors
  • Demonstrate critical thinking and decision making abilities
  • Must possess demonstrated competency in Windows (*Outlook, *Word, *Internet Explorer, Excel and PowerPoint)
