The NCQA Accreditation Manager is responsible for the ongoing development, evolution, implementation, and oversight of our client’s health plan accreditation strategy. This individual provides leadership and direction to our accreditation team and provides subject matter expertise on all health plan accreditation matters.
The NCQA Accreditation Manager will develop key performance metrics in alignment with industry standards to demonstrate the effectiveness of initiatives, processes, and vendor/consultant relationships and will monitor these to ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements.
Job Requirements include superior cross-functional collaboration and people management skills, and the ability to plan, organize, lead, and control projects and work teams. This position also requires demonstrated ability to drive results to completion while managing multiple projects and priorities competing for resources. A strong working knowledge of NCQA and health plan accreditation requirements is required, as well as a proven understanding of regulatory requirements including but not limited to NCQA, CMS, and PA state law and mandates.
A working knowledge of project management practices and techniques is required, and Six Sigma certification is preferred. This position requires a minimum of five years experience in a healthcare setting, as well as a minimum three years of supervisory/management experience. A Master’s degree in business or healthcare related field is also required.
