    Clinical Liaison

     As a Clinical Liaison, you will benefit from:

    As a Clinical Liaison, you will be responsible for:

    • Developing and maintaining professional relationships with key referral sources
    • Consistently meeting referrals and admission goals as defined by the Director of Business Development
    • Developing strategic plans to effectively manage existing relationships
    • Growing and developing new accounts as assigned
    • Developing long term relationships that effectively generate patient referrals and admissions
    • Delivering professional presentations to groups of referral sources
    • Participating in community organizations that directly affect referral sources and the patient population
    • Utilizing an Account Management System and Outlook to manage accounts and strategic plans
    • Completing patient assessments timely, accurately, and effectively while adhering to the organization’s assessment policies and procedures

    To be considered for this opportunity, you must have:

    • At least two years of clinical experience in acute care (i.e. nursing, respiratory, or therapy)
    • Two years of proven successful sales/marketing experience (preferred)
    • A Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in a clinical field of study or graduate of an accredited clinical program
    • Current clinical license in the State of Pennsylvania
