Director of Business Development

As the Director of Business Development, you will be responsible for:
- The marketing and referral productivity of your team of liaisons
- Working with other members of the leadership team to coordinate admissions
- The regular training and improvement process implementation for the team
- Overseeing and coordinating events for the community and facility in order to promote brand and service recognition
- Participating in weekly meetings with staff and regional leaders
- Executing marketing and sales plans to achieve determine goals
It is preferred that the Director of Business Development have:
- Prior leadership and marketing experience in a healthcare field
- A successful track record for meeting quotas
- A clinical background or commensurate marketing/sales experience
