    Director of Business Development

     

    This is a full-time, permanent opportunity.

    As the Director of Business Development, you will be responsible for:

    • The marketing and referral productivity of your team of liaisons
    • Working with other members of the leadership team to coordinate admissions
    • The regular training and improvement process implementation for the team
    • Overseeing and coordinating events for the community and facility in order to promote brand and service recognition
    • Participating in weekly meetings with staff and regional leaders
    • Executing marketing and sales plans to achieve determine goals

     

    It is preferred that the Director of Business Development have:

    • Prior leadership and marketing experience in a healthcare field
    • A successful track record for meeting quotas
    • A clinical background or commensurate marketing/sales experience

     

     

    Please Note: This is not a position with a staffing agency. If hired, you will be a full-time employee of the hospital. Akeso is assisting the hospital with recruiting full-time employees.
